Pineapple Resources Berhad initially had an e-commerce site up and running but it was causing them problems with stability and regular bugs keep popping up and the site was unstable. They approached SegWitz for a solution to their problems.

Challenge & Solution

During the pandemic, that is when a lot of companies realize that relying on walk-in customers is not a safe bet. Especially when a company is old enough to form its own mindset of running its business, it’s quite a challenge to push digitalization into its business roadmap.

Our client, Pineapple was among the first few counters listed on the Mesdaq Market, KLSE (now known as the ACE Market of BURSA Malaysia). They had a previous version of the e-commerce site which was giving them a lot of issues and their customers weren’t happily making a purchase on the previous version of their e-commerce site.

We rebuilt a new e-commerce website and soon after the e-commerce site goes live, they have engaged us to build an e-commerce mobile application.

Our Process

Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
